Merchandise purchased from Zandi Rugs must be returned within 12 months of delivery and returned in its original packaging or equivalent in order to qualify. Zandi Rugs offers a 12 month Money Back Guarantee on the following handmade materials:

Returns / Exchanges
As a matter of policy, Zandi Rugs will only provide exchanges of handmade rugs, not machine made rugs, and no refunds. The return shipping, (optional) insurance, handling, customs, duties, and any tax fees will be charged on the customer's account. Customers can schedule an exchange for handmade rugs and kilims by requesting an Authorization Code via email at service@zandirugs.com and by sending us a copy of your original invoice and receipt by mail or fax (818) 865-9046. Requests made without receipts may result in delays. Be sure to include your contact information (email, phone, fax) so we can send the Authorization Code, packing instructions, and return address. Sale and clearance items do not apply.
Rug Care & Accessory Items
All rug care and accessory items that are purchased through Zandi Rugs are subject to a 30-day return policy. Items must not be used, and in the original condition to qualify. Please note that the Lifetime Exchange Guaranty is subject to a 25% restocking fee for washing and repairs (as needed).
Please email Returns@zandirugs.com or call us 1-818-865-9029 before you ship any items back to us. We will give you specific instructions about how to return your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and all items are inspected upon arrival to ensure product integrity. Any items that are deemed damaged in any way may be refused, or invalidate the lifetime exchange warranty, and incur additional fees.
