Zandi Rugs provides outstanding cleaning and restoration services of Persian Rugs, Oriental Rugs, Modern Rugs, and Kilims. We pride ourselves in handling each item with the utmost care and sensitivity. With a unique specialty in cleaning and restoring handmade rugs and kilims made from wool, silk, or a combination of wool and silk, you can bring any rug back to its original luster and appearance.
For machine made rugs or kilims, we can provide two different services:
- Machine washing service
- Hand washing service
All handmade Rugs and Kilims are only hand washed, preserving the Rug/Kilim quality.
LOGISTICS
Pick up and delivery for cleaning or repairing your rug or kilim can be arranged at your convenience. For a minimal service charge our delivery personnel can roll your product upon pick-up, and lay them down for you when delivered. Customers receive a 25% discount on carpet cleaning if brought directly to our showroom. Any repairs, stains, or problems can be discussed directly with our knowledgeable staff at our showroom, or by contacting us at repair@zandirugs.com

F.A.Q.
How can you wash your carpet at home? When a Rug or Kilim gets stained, don’t panic. Be fast to react to protect your investment. Use a white paper or cloth towel. Do not use a color paper towel or a colored towel because sometimes the color can pass through the towel to your Rug or Kilim. If you have a spoon, use it to scoop up the liquid. Do not use a knife to remove anything as you may cut yourself in the process, or damage part of the material. Never scrub or brush any stain as this may cause further damage. Lastly, if you have a spot removal solution, test if before trying it! Make sure to read the label carefully before applying it on your Rug or Kilim.
Sometimes, spot removals may discolor your Rug or Kilim. If the stain is not removed after these tips, contact Zandi Rugs and our repair team will be happy to assist you.
