METHODS OF PAYMENT: We offer our customers several methods of paying for their purchase. These include the use of personal checks, money order, cashier's check, or credit cards. If you pay with a personal check, we will hold the product until the check is cleared in the Zandi Rugs account. Depending on the origin of the check, this may take up to five (5) business days from the time the deposit has been made. If the customer pays using a cashier’s check or an International money order, then the merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours.

SHIPPING: We pay for the shipping costs of all rugs and kilims purchased for delivery within North America. Any other destinations, the customer pays for all shipping costs. All expenses for customs, duties, and handling are to be paid by the customer. All merchandise is shipped as soon as payment is received and has cleared through Zandi Rugs bank account. As a courtesy, we will always notify our clients upon the date on which the merchandise is shipped and the expected arrival date. Also, once the merchandise has been shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number. We use UPS and FedEx to facilitate product tracking and insurability (which is recommended). Free shipping only applies to purchases greater than $300 USD.

12-MONTH RETURN AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: Our guarantee gives you peace of mind to enjoy your newly purchased Area Rug or Kilim in your home or office for up to 12 months. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Rug or Kilim, contact us and we’ll arrange for a return for a 100% no hassle refund. Sale and clearance items do not apply. If you decide that the rug does not suit your decor or the color does not compliment your room, please return the rug within 12 months and you will receive a refund, less Administrative fees*.
Products kept longer than 12 months will be subject to wear and tear, and any returns will be subject to additional Administrative fees. The additional fees are reserved only if your returned product has noticeable damage rendering it "used", and only giving Zandi Rugs the sole option of selling the rug as "pre-owned". We do not accept merchandise that has been damaged or soiled. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Zandi Rugs. The goods will be shipped back by UPS or FedEx for a small fee. HASSLE-FREE RETURN: If you should decide to return the Rug or Kilim, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@ZandiRugs.com. We offer a Hassle-Free Return service, including UPS or FedEx service to retrieve to product and insure the item. Shipping costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY: Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal and we stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied with your handmade rug or kilim, contact us within 12 months of the date of purchase with a copy of your receipt, and we will exchange it. Shipping costs on all returns going back to the Zandi Rugs warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
Please call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package and issue your credit immediately when your return arrives. Return items must be packed appropriately and securely, and will be inspected upon arrival. Include a copy of your receipt, and return code (provided by Zandi Rugs) along with your product.
Please note that we inspect the rug or kilim upon arrival and items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. No refunds will be given after 12 months. Clearance, sale, pre-owned, and items designated “as is” will be subject to additional fees.

DAMAGE FROM SHIPMENT: Zandi Rugs encourages all customers to pay for the optional delivery insurance provided by UPS, FedEx, or other transportation carrier. Any shipment visibly damaged should be opened in the presence of delivery personnel to ensure product integrity. If the product damaged due to shipping, report it immediately to the delivery carrier and Zandi Rugs. We encourage you to document the issue to expedite the processing of any claim. These issues must be documented in writing and sent to Zandi Rugs the same day of delivery.
